Draft acceptance speech given by an unidentified Klansman. Typescript begins: "Klansmen: I have been honored in being elected as your Exalted Cyclops. I did not seek this high honor, but the will of the members of Tulsa Klan Number Two, Realm of Oklahoma, saw fit to confer this honor on me and I am highly appreciative...."
